«Health care costs

Health care costs is an information visualization that compares and contrasts the health care expenditures of and life expectancies in countries belonging to the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). Health care expenditure ranges are represented by distinct colors and by the solid concentric circles at the bottom of the visualization, while the length of each line extending from the concentric circles indicates the mean life expectancy at birth for each country. Line weight correlates with the marginal health care cost efficiency of each country in relation to Turkey, the country with the lowest mean life expectancy in the OECD (as of the date of the data visualized).
